About this collection
Our Sunday mornings are structured to help you shift gears from the bustle of the city into inner stillness. We start with devotional kirtan and guided meditation, followed by a talk based on Yogananda’s teachings, and we always conclude with time for prasad and conversation with other seekers.
The core of our practice is satsang, or gathering for truth. When you join our Sunday sessions at venues like the Rotary Club in Indiranagar, you are not just attending an event, but connecting with a support system. Whether you are a long-time Kriyaban or someone who has never meditated, you will find a place here.
We focus on the practical application of spiritual living. We take the principles of Kriya Yoga and ground them in daily life, discussing topics like karma, the Guru-disciple relationship, and how to maintain equanimity amidst work stress. After the formal session, we share prasad and talk as gurubhais. This is often where the real depth happens—finding others who are also trying to live with more awareness and joy. We believe the spiritual path is much lighter and easier when we walk it together.

We are a group of fellow travelers walking the path of Kriya Yoga together. We don't preach, but simply share the techniques that have helped us find peace, supported by the warmth and friendship of our spiritual community.
