My office sessions are strictly attire-friendly, meaning you can participate comfortably in your work clothes without needing a change of gear or a shower. We focus on targeted stretches for neck and shoulder strain caused by long hours at your desk, combined with simple breathwork that you can practice anytime to manage daily stress.
In my work with offices across Noida and Delhi NCR, I have seen how even a short, one-hour session can shift the energy of a team. My approach is rooted in the idea that yoga at work should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level or physical flexibility.
How I Structure Our Sessions
- Small Group Workshops: These are 60-minute sessions for 10 to 40 employees. We focus on practical desk-posture correction and stress relief. I include a brief wisdom component, sharing simple Ayurvedic concepts that can help your team maintain better work-life balance.
- Large Scale Events: For annual days or major conferences, I conduct 90-minute sessions that cater to larger crowds. These include traditional lamp lighting, Vedic invocations, and a structured flow of movement and guided meditation suitable for an auditorium setting.

Sitting for long periods causes physical stiffness, primarily in the neck and back. My sessions do not involve complex asanas or sweat-inducing cardio. Instead, I teach 'office-friendly' techniques.
