Spreading the Message of Yoga Through Traditional Teachings
Yoga is not just about physical postures on a mat. I regularly engage with community forums, media, and public platforms to discuss how ancient yogic principles can help navigate the stresses of modern daily life.
This video summarizes my visit to Radio Amity 107.8 to speak about the importance of yoga. It was a wonderful platform to discuss how these ancient practices can bring balance and peace to our busy modern lives.
A moment of exchange at the radio station, where I presented a Tulsi plant as a symbol of wellness and purity. It is a small gesture that reflects the holistic and nature-connected principles of the yogic path.

About Spreading the Message of Yoga
When I speak at events or on media platforms, the goal is to bridge the gap between ancient philosophy and your daily routine. It is less about demonstrating complex asanas and more about helping you understand how simple adjustments to your breath, diet, and mindset can alleviate the stress of a modern lifestyle.
My approach is rooted in the traditional wisdom I gained at Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya. I believe that true wellness happens when we integrate yoga into our character, not just our schedule.
Through public discourse, I address common struggles like corporate burnout, poor sleep hygiene, and the lack of community connection. Whether it is a radio interview or a community seminar, I focus on the practical application of Ayurveda and the concept of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' (treating the world as family).
I break down concepts into actionable advice. We discuss why 'virudh aahar' (incompatible food combinations) affects your energy, why your posture at a desk requires specific mindfulness, and how a few minutes of pranayama can reset your nervous system. These sessions are intended to shift your perspective on what it means to be healthy. If you are looking for a speaker for a wellness conference, a facilitator for a community gathering, or an expert to guide a corporate team through the philosophy of living well, I am here to share that path.
