About Tropical & Ayurvedic Healing: Sri Lanka & Kerala
When you join us in Kerala or Sri Lanka, you aren't just checking into a hotel, you are entering a space where the rhythm of your day is entirely dictated by your need to rest. We prioritize silence, conscious Ayurvedic dining, and a strict no-gadget policy, which allows your nervous system to stop scanning for threats and start the actual work of healing.
Our retreats are built on the understanding that true transformation happens when you step away from the noise of daily life. In the lush sanctuary of Kairali in Kerala, we incorporate daily Ayurvedic treatments like Abhyangam and Shirodhara alongside our Kundalini practice. This is not about pushing your body to a limit, it is about giving your system the support it needs to process what you have been carrying.
In our Sri Lankan sessions at properties like Santani, we focus on the mountain air and the stillness of the landscape. The combination of yoga and Ayurveda is a tapestry of wholeness where your breath meets balance. We maintain a small-batch cohort, typically limited to 15 people, to ensure that you feel safe, seen, and held throughout the process.
Whether you are visiting an organic farm in Kerala or practicing Gong Bath sound healing in the Sri Lankan hills, the goal remains the same. We create a container where you can drop your old baggage and see what is possible. Everything is under hukam, and my role is simply to hold the space for you to discover the power already within you.
Ajna Yoga
I started this journey because I know what it feels like to be completely burnt out and looking for a way back to myself. At these retreats, I hold the space, but the real work of transformation is something you do by simply showing up and allowing yourself to be still.
