I am Satnam, and these retreats are my way of holding space for you to finally slow down. Whether it is the quiet of the Himalayas or the healing energy of Kerala, I invite you to join our sangat and come back to yourself.

I often get asked why we must take retreats. In this video, I share my thoughts on how they provide a necessary pause to slow down, redirect our lives, and connect with the abundance that flows from that stillness.

Here, I am personally inviting you to our upcoming retreat in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia. It is a space to disconnect from the hustle and bustle, slow down, and see what shifts we can make for our own benefit and the benefit of others.

I am always so excited and curious before a workshop, because every experience is different. Here I invite you to a Gong and Breathwork session, a beautiful spiritual experience to release blocks and ascend on your journey.

Just back from a magical trip to Kerala, I am feeling grateful and processing the shifts. I invite all of you, whenever it feels right, to join us on a retreat to enjoy that sacred space and connect with yourself.

Why did I choose Ayurveda for our Kerala retreat? In this video, I explain how this ancient science treats the root cause of illness and helps bring our energies, or doshas, into equilibrium for a holistic life.

Sharing more details about our Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala. It is an amalgamation of practices for the mind, body, and soul, with specialized doctors, holistic food, and mind-body work. The seats are filling fast!

I am super excited to announce our next retreat in Kerala, my favorite state in India. I have been waiting to share this with you and am calling out to all who have been interested in joining us.

About A Personal Invitation From Me

The most important thing to know is that these are not just vacations. We keep our groups small, usually 12 to 15 people, because the real healing happens when you feel safe enough to truly drop the mask. It is not about being flexible or having prior experience. It is simply about having the space to let go of what has been weighing you down.

I started these journeys because I know what it is like to feel stuck in the noise of daily life. When we step away, whether it is to the peaks of Ladakh, the quiet of the Bhutanese mountains, or the healing sanctuaries of Kerala, we are not running away from our lives. We are simply giving our souls a chance to catch up.

Why We Practice

At the center of every journey is the sacred technology of Kundalini Yoga. We use this not as a workout, but as a way to steady the nerves and clear the subconscious. You will find a mix of kriya, breathwork, and deep meditation. For many, the highlight is the sound healing—the gong baths that reach the places words cannot, helping you release long-held tensions.

The Way We Connect

Everything is under hukam, or divine will, and that philosophy guides how I plan each experience. We do not rush. We eat conscious, nourishing food. We have time for silent walks, group chanting, and the kind of honest conversation that happens naturally when people stop trying to impress one another.

What to Expect

If you join us in Kerala, you will find Ayurveda integrated into the flow, with doctor consultations and treatments that focus on your specific body type. If you head to the Himalayas or the deserts of Al-Ula, the focus shifts toward stillness and ancient rituals. Regardless of the location, the goal is always the same: to build a sangat where you can show up exactly as you are and leave a little lighter, a little more present, and a lot more connected to your own inner truth.

I am Satnam. I started Ajna Yoga because I was tired of feeling lost and disconnected, and I wanted to create a place where we could just be real. I do not just teach; I hold space for you to drop your baggage and remember the strength that is already living inside you.
