Dive into the sacred technology of Kundalini Yoga. We move, breathe, and chant to release what is heavy and reconnect with your inner strength.

One breath can shift your energy. One chant can change your frequency. This video is a reminder that the power is already within you; Kundalini yoga simply helps you see it and awaken it.

Anulom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing, is a foundational pranayama technique we practice. It is not just for the body but for the soul, helping to balance your inner energy, calm the mind, and bring deep peace.

Unlocking the potential of Kundalini is a journey of divine revelations. It is an ascent, a dance with the serpent energy, that illuminates your true colors and aligns you with your spirit.

Embrace each day with gratitude and an open heart. This is a core teaching in our practice, as every moment holds the potential for growth, joy, and new beginnings.

A Kundalini yoga session in our beautiful Kerala shala. Here, I am guiding the class through a kriya, holding the space for each person to have their own experience and connect with their inner teacher.

An outdoor Kundalini session with a fire pit. Practicing on the earth, with the element of fire present, adds a powerful grounding and purifying quality to our work.

A glimpse into our weekly Kundalini yoga classes in Delhi. We move through different postures and kriyas, creating a consistent practice that supports our spiritual growth.

Cleansing the auric field of a student during deep meditation. As a teacher, I work to hold a clear and protected space, helping to clear energetic debris so you can go deeper into your experience.

Radiant vibes from our Kundalini Yoga Workshop in Goa. The focus and stillness in the room are palpable as participants dive deep into their meditation practice.

Participants in Sat Kriya, a fundamental and powerful Kundalini yoga exercise. This kriya helps to raise the energy up the spine, balance the lower chakras, and strengthen the nervous system.

About The Heart of the Practice: Kundalini, Breath & Stillness

You might notice the focus on specific Kriyas in these images, but the real work happens in the nervous system. We use these sets of movements and breathwork not to stretch muscles, but to gently discharge the stress you have been carrying. It is not about how flexible you are; it is about how willing you are to sit with yourself and let the heavy energy move through you.

Kundalini is often called the 'yoga of awareness,' but it is better understood as a practical technology for daily life. Unlike forms of yoga that focus primarily on physical poses, our sessions use Kriyas—specific sequences of posture, movement, and sound—to stimulate the glandular system and strengthen the nerves.

Why Practice With Us

When you join our Sangat (community), you are not coming for a workout. You are coming to a space where you can safely drop your baggage. Whether we are practicing at our Pushpanjali Farms studio in Delhi or during an intensive workshop in Goa, the goal remains the same: to move you from a state of scattered stress to a place of centered calm.

What to Expect

  • Breathwork (Pranayama): We use conscious breathing to regulate your energy, which is the fastest way to calm an anxious mind.
  • Sound & Mantra: Using sound currents helps clear the clutter in your subconscious, making it easier to find stillness.
  • Regulation: We focus on nervous system support, teaching you tools you can actually use when life feels like an ocean of obstacles.

There is no pressure to be perfect here. Whether you have never sat on a yoga mat or have been practicing for years, the technology works simply because you show up. Everything we do is designed to help you see the power that is already within you.
