Moments of Connection with the Ajna Yoga Sangat
A glimpse into the shared energy, laughter, and healing that unfolds when our beautiful community gathers for retreats and local workshops.
The people of Ajna Yoga, our Sangat. Your presence elevates every class. I am so grateful for each of you who support and nurture this community with so much love, whether you join online or travel to be with us in person.
Our beautiful community in Kerala, dressed in white to amplify our collective energy. I dream of growing this community and spreading these divine teachings far and wide.
A moment from our Kerala retreat, where I shared my gratitude with our guests. It is my deepest intention that everyone leaves with a sense of a shift, having stepped out of their comfort zone and into a new space of knowing.
Gifting our guests a special gratitude box at the end of our Kerala retreat. It is a small token to thank them for their trust and presence on the journey.
The joy of giving and receiving. These moments of connection and gratitude are what make the end of a retreat so special and memorable for everyone.
A warm hug and a heartfelt goodbye. The bonds we form on these retreats are real and lasting, creating a community that supports each other long after we have returned home.
A look inside the gratitude box from our Kerala retreat. It was filled with natural and Ayurvedic products from local artisans, a way to take a piece of the healing journey home.
A photo from my session on yoga and preventive care at Udana Wellness in Delhi. It was an honor to share practical insights for enhancing well-being with an engaged audience.
With a participant at the Udana Wellness event. It is always a joy to connect with members of the wider wellness community in Delhi.
The audience at the Udana Wellness talk. I am grateful for everyone who came to listen and participate in the discussion on preventive health and yoga.
About Community Moments & Past Events
The images on this page show more than just locations; they show a shift. Often, people arrive at our retreats or workshops feeling scattered or 'proper stuck,' but through shared Kundalini Kriyas, group chanting, and the simple act of holding space for one another, that heaviness starts to lift. It is about arriving as strangers and leaving as a Sangat.
When you step away from your routine to join us—whether it's in the lush healing sanctuaries of Kerala, the sacred peaks of Ladakh, or a local weekend workshop in Delhi—you are not just attending a retreat. You are joining a conscious community.
We focus heavily on creating a safe environment where you can drop your old baggage. You don’t need to be an expert in yoga; you only need to show up as you are.
What defines our Sangat:
- Holding Space: We keep our retreat cohorts small (typically 12–15 people) so everyone feels seen and supported. My role is to facilitate the energy, while yours is to simply exist and breathe.
- Beyond the Mat: We weave in local culture and ancient wisdom—from Ayurvedic treatments in Sri Lanka to monastery treks in the Himalayas. These moments aren't just 'activities,' they are part of the process of reconnecting with your inner self.
- Preventive Wellness: We talk about more than yoga. As you'll see in our workshop photos, we often collaborate with experts to discuss preventive health, gut well-being, and mental clarity. It’s practical, grounded, and essential for modern living.
Everything is under hukam (divine will), but if you are looking for a break that actually helps you reset your nervous system and find your own strength, I invite you to see what’s possible when we practice together.
Ajna Yoga
I started Ajna Yoga because I know what it feels like to be lost in the noise. My retreats are spaces where you don't have to be perfect—you just have to show up. Join me, and let’s grow this community together.
