Aerial & Rope Yoga: Safe Inversions in Gurugram
Step out of your comfort zone and into the air. With wall ropes and aerial silks, we make challenging inversions and deep stretches safe and accessible for every age.

It's not just about hard work, it's about play too. Here, members have fun swinging in the aerial silks, bringing laughter and lightness to the studio.

From floor to air. This clip shows students transitioning from floor poses to using the wall ropes for supported inversions, a common sequence in our classes.

About this collection
Aerial and rope yoga isn't just for gymnasts. Whether you are dealing with chronic back stiffness or simply want to build upper body strength, these props act as your ultimate support system. When you use our wall ropes or silks, your body weight is distributed differently, letting you hold inversions safely without straining your neck or shoulders. It is the most effective way to decompress your spine, and with our team right there to spot you, you are never on your own.
At our Sector 23 studio in Gurugram, we look at props differently. They aren't tools to make things 'easy'; they are tools to make things possible.
Why We Use Props
If you have ever been afraid to try a headstand or feel like your hamstrings are too tight for a deep fold, you are exactly who this class is for.
- Wall Ropes (Iyengar Style): We use these for precise alignment and traction. If you suffer from lower back pain, hanging from the ropes allows gravity to gently decompress the vertebrae, creating space where there was compression.
- Aerial Silks: These help you build core and upper body strength while having fun. There is a certain joy in swinging that brings out the child in everyone, regardless of age.
Your Safety First
We know the fear that comes with flipping upside down. That is why our classes are not about everyone doing their own thing. We provide hands-on adjustments and spotting for every student. If you are nervous about your first inversion, we are there to catch you.
Whether you are a senior looking to maintain flexibility or a beginner wanting to try something new, come by. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to see the world from a different angle. It is all about 'karat-karat abhyas' (constant practice), and we are here to support you through every stage.
