Here, it’s not about perfection; it’s about persistence. Whether you are working on your first headstand or your 600th Surya Namaskar, we sweat, struggle, and celebrate every milestone together.
Celebrating a massive achievement: 650 Surya Namaskars. It's moments like these, celebrating individual grit with group applause, that define our community.

Using the wall and a chair for support is a smart way to train for a standing front split. This shows how we use props to safely work towards advanced flexibility goals.
About this collection
You’ll see plenty of people working on inversions or splits, but don't worry if you’re just starting out. We often use wall ropes and props like chairs to support your body while you build the strength for those tricky poses. It’s all about the 'karat-karat abhyas' (constant practice) here, so whether you're at 10 reps or 100, you’re in the right place.
Why We Challenge Ourselves
Yoga isn't just a solo journey at Agastya Power Yoga; it’s a group experience. We believe that setting specific, achievable targets helps break the monotony of a daily routine. When you see someone else in the studio holding a pose or pushing through a 30-day split challenge, it naturally motivates you to try a little harder.
How We Train
- Progressive Challenges: From Surya Namaskar marathons to backbend weeks, we structure these to push you just enough to see growth, not injury.
- Safe Support: Using wall ropes and yoga wheels isn't 'cheating'—it's smart training. We show you exactly how to use these props to access deeper stretches safely.
- Hands-on Guidance: If you're struggling with a transition, I am right there to spot you, adjust your alignment, or give you that push of encouragement.
A Community That Celebrates
In our studio in Sector 23, Gurugram, we don't just focus on the fitness gains. We focus on the spirit. Whether you are 20 or 80, completing a challenge is a 'shared victory.' You’ll find that the energy shifts when we practice together, making even the toughest asanas feel lighter. Come, break out of your shell and see what you can achieve with your tribe beside you.
