About Our Challenge Tribe

You’ll see plenty of people working on inversions or splits, but don't worry if you’re just starting out. We often use wall ropes and props like chairs to support your body while you build the strength for those tricky poses. It’s all about the 'karat-karat abhyas' (constant practice) here, so whether you're at 10 reps or 100, you’re in the right place.
