Yoga is not just for adults. We bring fun, family-friendly sessions to your home in Mumbai, where kids learn focus and you all bond through movement.

It's never too early to start. I help young hearts grow with confidence and compassion through yoga, teaching them valuable tools for life in a playful and accessible way.

This is the Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose. It's a fantastic pose for children to develop concentration and strengthen their hip, back, and shoulder muscles, all while having fun finding their balance.

Here we see the Trikonasana, or Triangle Pose. This pose helps kids improve mental clarity and balance, while opening the chest to encourage deeper breathing and increase lung capacity.

The Ushtrasana, or Camel Pose, is a gentle backbend that helps open up the chest and back. It's great for preventing slouching and relieving stiffness, especially for kids who spend time on screens.

About Family & Kids Yoga: Fun for All Ages

When I work with families at home, we don't use strict studio rules. We adapt everything to your living room space. If we are working with kids, I use animal poses to keep them engaged, and for grandparents, I use chairs or sofas as props to make sure every asana is safe and supportive. It is about everyone moving together, regardless of age, in a way that feels natural for your tribe.

My goal is to make wellness a shared experience rather than a solo task. How We Structure the Session

Every family is different, so I offer a flexible approach for groups of 3 to 5 people. My 60-minute sessions are designed with three variations for every pose:

  • For Kids: We incorporate animal flows and playful movements to build coordination without it feeling like work.
  • For Adults: We focus on Hatha-style flows to correct desk posture and release daily stress.
  • For Seniors: We emphasize stability and safety, utilizing household furniture like chairs or sofas for support during balance poses and breathwork.

  • Pricing: Private Family Group sessions range from ₹1500 to ₹2200 per session.
  • Setup: You do not need a massive space or fancy gear. I arrive with portable music and the expertise to transform your living room, society clubhouse, or private garden into a practice space.
  • Consistency: We can chant, practice basic Anulom Vilom, or simply focus on stretching, depending on the vibe of your day.
