Yoga is not just about stretching muscles; it is 'jeevan jeene ki kala', or the art of living. I focus on bringing balance to your physical, mental, and spiritual health, right where you are.

"Sarvarogapradam Yogam" - Yoga bestows complete health. This ancient wisdom is the foundation of my teaching. I offer a free demo session for you to experience this transformative power.

My goal is to help you transform from a human being 'doing' yoga to a human 'being' yoga. It's about integrating the principles of mindfulness and balance into your everyday life.

In every calm stretch lies quiet strength. This video shows that beauty in yoga isn't about the perfect pose, but about the presence and grace you bring to the movement. I am here to support you every step of the way.

This video showcases a series of advanced yoga postures for the body, mind, and spirit. As you progress in your journey, I can guide you toward deepening your practice with more challenging asanas.

Yoga se kya mila? Sukoon, Shanti, Shakti. This practice gives us peace, strength, and ultimately, liberation from worldly attachments. It is a path to inner freedom.

The balance you find on the mat is the balance you take into your life. My sessions are designed to help you find your center and embrace your strength, both physically and mentally.

Strength starts at home. Your home is the perfect place to build strength, inside and out. This collage shows the variety of practices, from individual to partner poses, that I can deliver to your doorstep.

Elevate your mind. Meditation, or Dhyan, is a natural way to clean your brain, cultivating the inner strength and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges.

Subah ki shuruaat, yoga ke saath. Starting your day with just 10 minutes of light stretches and gentle pranayama can set a calm, focused tone for the entire day.

About My Practice & Philosophy

Most people think yoga starts with a fancy pose, but with my students in Mumbai, we actually start with breathwork. You cannot fix a tight back or a stressed mind if you are holding your breath the whole time. We spend the first few sessions teaching your body how to relax into the movement rather than fighting against it, which is the real foundation of a lasting practice.
