You will learn the 'Breath of Fire,' or Kapalbhati, which is essential for detoxifying the system and improving metabolism. We also practice Bhramari, the 'Bee Breath,' which is highly effective for reducing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and relieving migraines.

Why Technique Matters

Many students come to me having tried to learn online, only to find they are straining their lungs or practicing with poor posture. I ensure you learn to sit comfortably with a straight spine, which is crucial for the energy to flow. We utilize specific mudras to seal this energy and deepen the effect of every cycle.

Integrating Spiritual Practice

We often combine breathwork with Shambhavi Mahamudra or mantra chanting to prepare the body for deep meditation. This is how we reach the state of dhyan (meditation), where the mind quiets down and you can connect with your inner consciousness.
