In our Yogyam Arogyam workshops, we integrate traditional wisdom with acoustic therapy. I personally guide these sessions, ensuring the environment is conducive to the meditative states required for true healing. We utilize brass Tibetan singing bowls to create sound wave vibrations that help you enter Yoga Nidra, a state of conscious deep sleep. This practice is supported by Pranayama to settle your nervous system before we begin.

Whether you are attending a group sound healing session or a specialized workshop, the focus remains on the individual's inner journey. My approach is rooted in the Satya ke marg, or the path of truth, and I do not offer quick fixes. You will find a structured, authentic experience that demands patience and commitment. The studio space is kept simple to minimize distractions, allowing you to focus entirely on your mantra chanting, energy balancing, and asana practice.
