About Competitive Gymnastics Program
Why I Coach Gymnastics
I’m honestly obsessed with seeing kids chase big dreams. Competitive gymnastics isn’t just about crazy flips. It’s about falling, dusting yourself off, and trying again - every single time. If you’re ready to work hard, you’ll fit right in. No excuses - only progress.
Who This Program Is For
This is not your average gymnastics class. I coach young athletes, mostly under 11 and under 14, who want to compete at state and national level. If you want to be on the floor at real meets, showing what you’ve got, this is your jam.
How We Train
- Skills get built step-by-step. Nobody’s getting thrown into a double backflip without solid basics.
- We use hands-on spotting and drills - like the Toe Shoot drill for bars, and Snap Back tuck progressions for floor. Safety and technique first.
- Every athlete trains on all apparatus - Vault (think Tsukahara), Bars (kips, cast handstands), Beam (cartwheels, back handsprings), and Floor (round off-back handspring).
- Routines aren’t just skills - we add dance and artistry, so performances pop.
What Our Gymnasts Achieve
Our kids compete at big meets like ISSO Nationals. Shloka, Ria, and Angelica have all brought home medals in vault, floor, and bars. Their grit and hard work? Pure gold.
More Than Just Sports
We’re a gymnastics family. My goal, with Master Gangadhar Anna, is to build not just athletes, but mentally tough, confident kids. Discipline, focus, and resilience - these lessons stick for life.

My Story
Hey, I’m Aadi from Epic Gymnastics Academy. Life’s all about movement, right? Most days I’m sweating it out with my students, watching them flip, fall, get up, and finally nail that move. No excuses here – we keep at it till we get it. Nothing beats seeing my kids win medals at ISSO Nationals. Gym is my second home, but when I’m not coaching, I’m riding up Nandi Hills or just chilling with friends. Big respect for folks like Bharath Sagar anna – hard work always wins.
My Work
Gymnastics coaching for all ages - We teach Artistic, Rhythmic, Aerobic, and Acrobatic gymnastics basics to kids and adults.
Hands-on, patient training - I’m right there on the mat, guiding you through every cartwheel and flip. Progress matters more than perfect.
No excuses, only progress - We work hard, pick ourselves up after every fall, and improve bit by bit.
Competition gymnastics training - For those keen, I prep students for national competitions. Proud moments when they bring home medals!
