Competitive Gymnastics Results and Training
See how we turn hard work into results. At Epic Gymnastics Academy, every flip, fall, and landing is a step toward becoming a national competitor.
This is what it's all about. I'm here with Shloka after she secured 2nd place on Vault at the ISSO National Games. Moments like these are the reward for all the dedication and hard work.
Hands-on coaching is key to building solid technique. Here, I'm spotting a gymnast through her floor pass, ensuring she develops the correct form and muscle memory for a powerful round-off.
We use specific drills to master complex skills safely. This is our 'Toe Shoot drill' for the uneven bars, a crucial progression that builds the strength and timing needed to transition between the bars.
This is a drill for the Tsukahara vault, an advanced skill we build towards. We start with a powerful run and a round-off entry onto the mats, focusing on body position and control before taking it to the vaulting table.
Building confidence on the beam starts with mastering the basics. This video shows a gymnast practicing her back walkover, first on a low beam and then on the high beam with my direct support.
Our routines are more than just skills; they include artistry and dance. Here, two of our athletes work on their floor routine choreography, synchronizing their movements to create an engaging performance.
Team success is the best success. Here we are with our U11 national medalists, Shloka and Ria, at the ISSO National Games. It takes a team of coaches, athletes, and supportive parents to reach this level.
About Featured
We don't just teach tricks, we build the mental grit required to compete at the national level. Whether it is mastering the Tsukahara vault or perfecting a routine, our training involves rigorous, hands-on spotting from start to finish. You will see exactly what we mean in the floor sessions where our athletes drill their form until it is second nature.
Success on the mat does not happen by accident. It is built through systematic progressions and a refusal to cut corners. At our Bellandur facility, we prioritize safety and technique above all else, ensuring that every gymnast understands the biomechanics behind the skill before they attempt it at full speed.
Our competitive program is designed for young athletes who want more than just fitness. We focus on building powerful tumbling passes from the ground up, with specific drills for the uneven bars, like our 'Toe Shoot' progression, to develop the upper body and core strength needed for complex routines. We also emphasize artistry and dance, ensuring that our routines are not just clean, but engaging and performance-ready.
We are proud to see our students like Shloka, Ria, and Angelica bringing home medals from the ISSO National Games. This is the result of training 5 to 6 days a week, with dedicated hours for conditioning, routine choreography, and assessment. We operate as a gymnastics family, providing the supportive environment that allows kids to push their limits safely. If you are looking for a program that demands hard work and rewards it with real skill development, you have found the right place.
