National Competition Gymnastics Coaching
Real progress happens on the mat. We train U11 and U14 athletes to compete at national levels, focusing on the grit and technique needed to bring home medals.

About National Champions in the Making
Getting on a podium isn't just about talent. It’s about the weeks of repetition on the vaulting table, refining the handstand on bars, and learning to keep your cool when the pressure is on at an event like the ISSO Nationals. My students train 5 to 6 days a week because that level of consistency is exactly what turns a good routine into a medal-winning performance.
Competitive gymnastics requires more than just physical skill. It demands a mental shift, and that is what I focus on at Epic Gymnastics Academy in Bellandur. When we prepare for meets like the Artistic Gymnastics Invitational or the ISSO National Games, we aren't just teaching a back handspring or a Tsukahara vault. We are teaching discipline.
We work on specific progressions. If a student is aiming for the U11 or U14 categories, we break their routine down to the millisecond. That means focusing on the biomechanics of a kip on uneven bars, or the precision needed for a stick landing on the floor. It is about removing the fear of failing a skill and replacing it with the confidence of having practiced it a thousand times.
Our training schedule is intense for a reason. With 60+ hours a month dedicated to conditioning and routine development, we ensure every gymnast is ready for the rigors of national competition. We use foam pits and tumble tracks to push limits safely, allowing athletes to tackle high-risk dismounts without hesitation. Whether it is perfecting the dance in a floor routine or cleaning up deductions on the balance beam, we treat every training session like it is the day before the finals. If you are ready to put in the work, I am here to help you get there.
