Standard Personal Training (12 Sessions)
Training Specs
- 12 personal training sessions per month
- Frequency is usually 3 days per week
- 60 minute duration per session
- Led by a Certified Floor Trainer
Floor Support
- Active form correction to ensure joint safety and muscle engagement
- Assisted spotting for heavy compound movements like bench press and squats
- Trainer manages equipment setup and weight loading to maximize rest periods
Nutrition & Analysis
- Basic diet chart focused on protein, carb, and fat splits
- Bi-weekly body measurements using weighing scale and tape
Intensive Transformation Training (24 Sessions)
Program Structure
- 24 to 26 sessions per month covering Monday to Saturday
- Extended 60 to 75 minute duration including warm up and cool down
- Led by a Senior Trainer or Head Coach
- High volume split routines or Push/Pull/Legs rotation
Advanced Coaching
- Integration of functional core circuits and cardio acceleration
- Detailed technical breakdown of deadlifts and complex lifts

Trainers apke saath khade hain, form sahi karayenge - bina ego ke. Haan, masti bhi full on! Bhangra ho ya Zumba, sab milke karte hain. Haryana ka swag, Punjabi energy. Humari family mein sab welcome hai, bas excuses nahi, results chahiye.
