About The System: Mentorship & Team
My system is for those who are tired of guessing. When you join my team, you get more than a workout chart. You get a direct line to me for weekly photo analysis, specific water manipulation protocols for your peak week, and real posing drills. I do not just send a file and wait for results. I monitor your progress, fix your form, and push you to ensure that when you step on that stage, you are not just a participant, but a contender.
Joining my team means adopting the mindset of a serious competitor. I do not coach beginners who are just starting out. This mentorship is designed for athletes who have the base and now need the fine-tuning to win. We cover every aspect of the 16-week competition cycle.
We start with rigid, phase-based diet plans tailored to your specific physique, moving from bulking to cutting and finally to drying. I provide a complete supplement stack, telling you exactly what to take and when to take it. We also drill your mandatory poses until they are perfect. A great physique loses if the posing is weak, so we spend the necessary hours in the gym and in front of the mirror to ensure you command the stage.
I am with you through the grind, and I am with you on show day. Whether it is applying the tan, getting the pump-up right with resistance bands, or managing the final line-up nerves, I handle the backstage stress so you can focus on your performance.
