This is the moment we work for. Winning the Overall Classic Physique title at the Sangram Classic. This is what happens when you decide to win and refuse to be defeated. With the blessings of my Guruji and Mahadev, we bring home the victory.

Here with my God, my Guruji Mukesh Gahlot. He taught me everything I know about building a championship-winning physique. This is the knowledge and discipline I pass on to my athletes. We are building crazy legs and a foundation of strength.

The work doesn't stop until you step on stage. I am there with my athletes backstage, handling the final details like tanning and oiling. This is war, and you will not fight it alone. We ensure every muscle is defined and ready for the judges.

To build big, round shoulders, you must train all three deltoids correctly. In this video, I demonstrate a complete shoulder workout for my advanced and intermediate athletes, focusing on the front, middle, and rear delts. Proper form is everything to maximize growth and prevent injury.

This is the result of discipline. A well-developed back is crucial for winning poses like the back double bicep. My conditioning plan focuses on bringing out this level of detail and muscle separation, which is essential for a classic physique competitor.

Alone on stage, but never truly alone. This is where all the sacrifice, the diet, and the relentless training pays off. I prepare my athletes to own the stage with confidence, showcasing a physique that is both massive and aesthetic.
