A winning physique is useless if you cannot show it. I teach you how to display your hard work with absolute precision, ensuring you command the stage every second.

Ram Ram Bhai Saryanu. The vacuum pose is a hallmark of classic physique. It demonstrates incredible core control and creates the illusion of a smaller waist, enhancing the V-taper. We practice this until it becomes second nature.

The rear double bicep pose is essential for showing back width and thickness. This image shows the level of detail and conditioning my programs aim to achieve, from the traps down to the glutes and hamstrings.

The front lat spread is a power pose that showcases your V-taper and chest thickness. Proper execution is key to looking as wide as possible on stage, and it's a fundamental part of my posing coaching.

Feeling the vibe. A simple front relaxed pose is the first thing judges see. It needs to show size, symmetry, and confidence without any flexing.

Practicing the most muscular pose. This is a powerful shot that displays overall muscle density and hardness. It's a key pose in any bodybuilding routine.

I'm back at 101 kg. This is a front double bicep pose, a mandatory pose that showcases arm development, chest fullness, and quad size.

This year, I will work even harder. Practicing the abs and thigh pose and a front double bicep. Constant practice is the only way to improve.

Throwback to a previous condition. The most muscular pose shows the results of a disciplined diet and training plan, revealing vascularity and muscle striations.

Working on transitions between poses. Fluidity and confidence while moving on stage are just as important as the poses themselves.

Game on. The front double bicep pose is a staple. My goal is to bring a physique that dominates the stage from every angle.

About Posing & Physique Mastery

When you are on stage, you do not just hold a pose; you hold it until you shake, showing absolute control while hiding any fatigue. We drill your mandatories until they become muscle memory, ensuring you are not thinking about your hand placement or lat spread when the judges are looking right at you. You learn to control the room, not just your muscles.
