Regeesh's journey in yoga is deep and diverse, with advanced training in Pranayama, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Psychology. His story is one of continuous learning and a deep commitment to sharing the authentic path of yoga.

Meet Mrinali Madhukar, an internationally trained Yoga Teacher and a core part of our teacher training faculty. She brings a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to her classes.

Mrinali discovered her true calling in yoga and has been practicing and teaching since 2010. Her story is an inspiration, and her expertise in the mechanics of asana helps students build a safe and intelligent practice.

This is a supported shoulder stand, or Sarvangasana, using a chair and belts. This therapeutic setup ensures correct alignment, decompresses the spine, and allows the practitioner to receive the full benefits of the inversion safely. In my training, you will master the art of using props to make yoga accessible and beneficial for every body.
Using ropes for support in Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana allows us to find stability without tension. This is a core principle of Iyengar yoga. We learn to align the body so the mind can become still and aware.
