The sky in Sri Lanka paints a different masterpiece every evening. Moments like these, watching the sunset after a day of yoga and exploration, are what make our international retreats so magical.

Finding strength and alignment together during a morning beach yoga session in Sri Lanka. Practicing Virabhadrasana II, or Warrior II pose, feels different with sand between your toes and the sound of the ocean.

Looking back at my first retreat fills my heart with joy. It was magical how everything fell into place, creating precious moments of solitude and community that I will always cherish.
