About The Fun & The Flow
We believe that real growth happens when you stop taking everything so seriously. Before we ever teach a flow, we spend hours testing poses, falling out of them, laughing, and figuring out what actually helps the body move, which is why our classes are as much about joy as they are about alignment.
Yoga is often portrayed as rigid or overly serious, but our classes in Varkala and Jayanagar are quite different. We think of ourselves as the Aayana Family, and families laugh. When we prepare for our 200-hour Teacher Training courses or our 7-day retreats, we are on the mat together, refining sequences, trying out new aerial yoga variations, and keeping it real.
You might see a perfect pose on our grid, but behind that, there is a lot of trial and error. That is actually the point. By showing you the bloopers and the effort, we want to remind you that your yoga journey is allowed to be messy, wobbly, and imperfect. Whether you are looking for Hatha yoga, Vinyasa, or just a safe space to breathe and reconnect, we are here to guide you with the same lightness we bring to our own practice.
From daily yoga classes to deep immersion retreats on the Kerala coast, our teaching philosophy is built on safety and self-trust. We do not just teach you where to put your hands and feet; we help you find the flow that feels right for your body today.
