Behind the Scenes with Our Jayanagar Yoga Team
The practice and bloopers behind the flow.
Ever wonder what our teachers do when they are not teaching? Here is a behind the scenes look at the planning, the practice, the strength building, and the inevitable bloopers that go into crafting every class for you.
About The Fun & The Flow
This video shares teachers' practice and behind-the-scenes bloopers. It shows the playful side of the people behind our classes.
Our Aayana Family includes teachers who practise and explore shapes together. This clip is a glimpse of that shared time, not a fixed preparation process or a current class schedule.
