Find Your Calm at Our GK-2 Yoga Studio
Step into our GK-2 sanctuary and leave the city noise behind. A space built for your breath, your peace, and a little bit of khula dimaag (open mind).
A glimpse of the studio decorated with lights. The ambiance is very important to me, as it helps set a tranquil mood for our evening meditation and relaxation sessions.
Students in a group class holding a posture. This view shows how we use the space, with everyone having enough room to move comfortably while still feeling the collective energy of the group.
A class moving through the initial stages of Surya Namaskar. This foundational sequence warms up the entire body and is a core part of many of our Hatha and flow yoga classes.
Here, my students are practicing seated shoulder rotations. This is a simple but effective exercise we do to release tension in the neck and shoulders, which is very helpful for those who sit at a desk all day.
A clip from a class focusing on core and lower back health. These floor exercises, like leg raises and knee to chest poses, are excellent for building strength and relieving back pain.
This video shows students practicing Viparita Karani, or legs up the wall pose. It is a deeply restorative inversion that helps with stress, anxiety, migraines, and back pain, as the text overlays suggest.
About Our GK-2 Studio: Your Sanctuary
When you walk into our GK-2 studio, you are not just one of many in a crowded room. We cap our small group sessions at 12 people, meaning you get actual hands-on support. Whether you are focusing on your Nadi Shodhana or just trying to get your alignment right during Surya Namaskar, I am there to ensure you are practicing safely and effectively.
Our studio in GK-2 was designed to be an escape from the daily chaos of Delhi. You will find a space filled with soft fairy lights, calming murals, and a quiet atmosphere that makes it easier to turn your attention inward.
We focus on quality over quantity. Because our batches are limited to 8-12 participants, you don't get lost in the crowd. Here is what to expect when you join:
- Small Group Focus: Whether you are looking for guided meditation for beginners or deep Yoga Nidra, the small group size ensures you get personalized feedback.
- Real Practice: We balance the physical and the spiritual. We dedicate 15-20 minutes to Pranayama—like Nadi Shodhana—before we even touch a yoga mat. You will also find us practicing Sukshma Vyayama to gently loosen the body.
- A Space for Everyone: Whether you are a total beginner or looking to deepen your practice, everyone is welcome. You do not need fancy gear. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
We provide all the basics: mats, foam bricks, and support straps. If you are struggling with specific issues like back pain, migraines, or just high stress, we work together to find a flow that helps you hit reset. Join us for a session and feel the difference that community-led, mindful practice makes.
