About Power Yoga & Flexibility

Our power yoga sessions act as the perfect counterbalance to the high-energy dance and cardio classes we run. We focus on Vinyasa-style movements that lengthen your muscles and tighten your core, making it an essential recovery tool if you are already joining our more intense batches.

Whether you are here to improve your posture or just need a quiet space to wind down after a long day, our sessions in Basaveshwar Nagar focus on functional movement. We avoid the rigid, strictly spiritual approach of some studios. Instead, we keep it practical by using Vinyasa flows to boost your range of motion and Tabata-inspired cool-downs to help with muscle soreness.

Many of our members start by joining our high-energy dance classes and realize they need flexibility work to keep up. That is why we designed these sessions to be accessible. You do not need to be a pro to touch your toes; you just need to show up on the mat. We work on:

  • Core stability through boat poses and controlled holds.
  • Hip mobility to assist with those complex dance moves.
  • Shoulder releases to counter the stiffness from desk jobs.

You will be working on wooden laminate flooring in our air-conditioned studio. Just bring your own water bottle, and we will provide the mats and the calm space you need to reset.
