This is where we blend the core fire of Pilates with the mindful flow of Yoga, using just the mat and your own bodyweight. We work on everything from foundational movements to advanced arm balances and inversions, building functional strength that serves you in and out of the studio.
Goa Beach Workshops: Yoga by the Sea
Join my group workshops on the beautiful beaches of Goa for a unique fusion of energy, nature, and community. We practice with the rhythm of the waves at sunset, finding strength and *sukoon* (peace) in a truly inspiring setting.
The Mindful Practice: Beyond the Physical
Fitness for me is about connecting mind, body, and soul. As I often say, *'Tu es maan ka daas na ban, es maan ko apna daas bna le'* (don’t be a slave to your mind, make your mind your slave). This is a glimpse into the philosophy that guides my practice.
