I bring yoga directly to your office floor, with no need for a separate studio. These sessions feature asanas and stretches that can be done at a desk or using an office chair, specifically designed to counteract the negative effects of a sedentary workday like neck, shoulder, and back pain.

True productivity comes from a clear and calm mind. This part of my program focuses on powerful, ancient techniques like Pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation to help employees manage stress, reduce anxiety, and significantly improve their concentration and mental clarity.

I focus on functional strength and flexibility to combat the physical toll of office life. My sessions include dynamic asanas like Veerbhadrasana (Warrior Pose) to build stamina, targeted sequences for back pain relief, and core strengthening exercises for better posture and a healthier spine.
