About Modern Fusion Desserts
These cake cups are designed for easy party hosting. Because each portion is served in its own 100ml to 150ml clear cup, you do not need to worry about cutting slices or dealing with messy serving spoons. It is a clean, portion-controlled way to serve dessert at gatherings, ensuring every guest gets an equal, generous helping.
My approach to fusion desserts is simple: take the flavours that bring back memories and give them a contemporary, convenient twist. The Rasmalai Cake Cup is the best example of this. I layer moist sponge cake with my house-made rasmalai rabri (thickened milk) and top it with fresh cream and pistachios.

If you are planning a larger event, I also create these in 500g to 750g shareable tubs if you prefer a scoopable format for your guests.
I deliver across Bengaluru. For the best experience, I recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance so I have enough time to source the freshest fruits and prepare the custard bases from scratch.
