These traditional sweets are not just for enjoying here in Bangalore. Because I prepare my Gur Paapdi and Gondh Ke Laddu using wholesome ingredients like pure ghee and jaggery, they are naturally shelf-stable, making them perfect for gifting or shipping to family and friends in the US and the UAE.
My approach to traditional sweets is all about returning to the basics of good, real food. I don't use preservatives or artificial flavorings. Instead, I rely on the richness of pure, high-quality ghee, the earthy sweetness of natural jaggery (gur), and generous amounts of nuts.
