Handcrafted Cupcakes and Artisanal Desserts
Sometimes you just need a small, perfect treat. From creamy cupcakes to traditional Mawa cakes, here is where my baking obsession turns into your favorite dessert.
The final touch on one of my cupcakes. I love the process of piping the frosting to create that perfect, inviting swirl.
A pair of beautifully decorated cupcakes, one with pink frosting and the other with purple. Perfect for parties, gifts, or a simple moment of indulgence.
My Red Velvet cupcakes, ready for the Christmas season. The rich red cake and white cream cheese frosting are naturally festive.
This is my Mawa Cake, a nod to the classic Parsi bakery treat. It's a rich, dense, buttery cake made with milk solids and topped with sliced almonds.
A holiday special, my traditional Christmas Plum Cake. It's packed with rum-soaked fruits and nuts, and full of warm spices.
Sometimes the simplest combinations are the best. A fresh, ripe strawberry dipped in a spoonful of my pure, melted couverture chocolate.
About this collection
I don't just bake these for the look, I bake them for the taste. Every cupcake swirl you see here uses real butter and high-quality cream that holds its own without needing artificial stabilizers. If you are planning a party, know that I prefer baking these in small, controlled batches to ensure the sponge stays moist and the frosting stays fresh right until they reach your hands.
When I started The Brownie Circles, it was never about building a massive factory. It was about getting the flavor right. Cupcakes are often the first thing that gets compromised in commercial baking, where people use margarine, cheap vegetable oils, and compound chocolate just to keep costs down. I refuse to do that. When you order a batch, you are getting a sponge made with pure, cultured butter and frostings that actually taste like chocolate or vanilla, not sugar paste.
My Mawa cake is a bit of a passion project for me. It is a direct nod to the old-school Parsi bakeries I grew up admiring. It is dense, packed with milk solids, and hits that perfect note of buttery, nutty nostalgia. During the festive season, I also do a traditional Plum cake, soaked with fruits and nuts, the way it is supposed to be made. Whether you are in Indiranagar, HSR Layout, or near Kalyan Nagar, these are the same treats I would serve to my own family. They are meant to be shared, or honestly, kept all to yourself.
The Brownie Circles
I am Gautam, and I started this journey because I was tired of lackluster desserts. I bake what I would want to eat myself, using only real butter and pure couverture chocolate. If you want a treat that does not compromise on quality, you are in the right place.
