My Mutton Paya is slow-cooked for 8 to 12 hours, which is the only way to get that perfect, gelatinous texture where the meat falls right off the bone. It is a true labor of love, and unlike restaurant versions, I keep the broth rich and spice-heavy just like we make it at home for family gatherings.
When you order these specialties, you are getting food prepared exactly how I cook for my own family. My dishes are rooted in Cutchi Memon traditions, emphasizing bold flavors and proper, patient cooking techniques.
