Finding Strength in My Kodavathi Roots
Fitness is about more than just lifting weights. It is a mindset built on resilience and heritage. My Coorgi roots taught me that true strength, much like the mountains I trek, is built one step, one rep, and one tradition at a time.
There is a unique grace and strength in the traditional Coorgi saree. This attire is a significant part of my identity and cultural heritage, representing the strong women of my community.

About this collection
Whether I am training clients at Fit Muscle in RR Nagar or hiking a mountain trail, my approach remains the same. I do not believe in quick fixes. We work on sustainable habits, combining disciplined strength training with the same resilience required for those long treks, ensuring you stay motivated even when the routine gets tough.
Growing up in Coorg, strength was not just a physical trait; it was a way of life. The discipline, the respect for nature, and the grit required to navigate life's challenges have shaped the way I coach. When you walk into the gym with me, you are not just doing reps. We are building a foundation.
Why this philosophy matters
Many people treat fitness like a sprint. They want immediate results, which often leads to burnout. My background as an athlete taught me that the best results come from periodization and consistency. Just as we prepare for a climb, we approach your fitness journey with a clear plan—from stability and mobility work to hypertrophy.
My training environment
I operate out of Fit Muscle Premium Fitness in RR Nagar, Bangalore. It is a fantastic space that allows us to focus on compound movements, agility drills, and recovery, which is just as important as the training itself. Whether you are looking for 1-on-1 personal training or a structured 3-month transformation program, the goal remains the same: helping you become capable, strong, and resilient.
Integrating mind and body
I emphasize a holistic approach. We talk about nutrition, recovery, and mindset. If you are struggling with form or need help with macro-guidelines, that is part of our conversation. This is not just about changing how you look in the mirror; it is about changing how you carry yourself through the day.
