My focus is on building real strength using a mix of free weights and machines. We will work on compound movements like squats and deadlifts, and targeted exercises to build a strong, functional, and sculpted physique.
Functional Fitness & Cardio
Training goes beyond lifting. I incorporate agility drills, dynamic movements, and high-intensity cardio to improve your stamina, coordination, and real-world physical capabilities.
The Journey to Everest Base Camp
For me, fitness is about building the resilience to conquer any mountain, literal or metaphorical. This trek to Everest Base Camp was a test of physical endurance and mental fortitude, embodying the very principles I bring to my training.
