Fitness can be fun and challenging. Here, my training partner and I are doing a pistol squat challenge, a great exercise for testing and improving single-leg strength, balance, and mobility.

Dynamic warm-ups are essential for preparing the body for a workout. Performing high knees gets the heart rate up and activates the core and leg muscles, ensuring you are ready for the session ahead.

We move past static machines. My sessions integrate agility ladder drills, battle ropes, and compound movements to build usable strength. I provide hands-on tactile corrections throughout every set, ensuring your form is precise and injury-free, because moving well matters more than just lifting heavy.

We train to build capability. You will use a mix of free weights, plate-loaded machines like the Pendulum Squat, and high-intensity agility drills to push your limits. This isn't about getting smaller; it’s about getting stronger, more coordinated, and more resilient. We track your progress not just by the scale, but by how your body performs.

Where We Train

All my 1-on-1 sessions are conducted at Fit Muscle Premium Fitness in RR Nagar, Bangalore. It is a fantastic space with plenty of room for functional workouts, plus recovery amenities like steam and ice baths to help you bounce back faster.
