This is my story. I've been through the grind of a serious injury, from a dislocated shoulder and surgery to the slow, painful process of rehabilitation. I understand the physical and mental battle of recovery because I have lived it. This experience is at the core of how I train clients, especially those coming back from a setback. We will rebuild your strength safely and patiently, one step at a time.

We are working through a variety of movements including resistance band rotations for activation, push-ups for upper body strength, and lat pulldowns on the cable machine.
