At Sportyze, we have built a space that functions as a launchpad for little legends. We move beyond standard gym drills to offer 'Play with Purpose' sessions. This methodology mixes structured gymnastics with dynamic obstacle courses, ensuring kids improve gross motor skills, agility, and balance without ever feeling like they are in a classroom.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
Our programs are divided by age and ability, starting from toddlers as young as 16 months. Each 60-minute session is packed with:
- Guided Play: Crawling, tumbling, and jumping using soft mats, trampolines, and climbing blocks.
- Skill Development: Focused modules for forward rolls, cartwheels, bar hangs, and beam walking.
- Social & Emotional Growth: We teach kids how to wait for their turn, cooperate with team members, and celebrate the success of their peers.
Safe & Professional Environment
Safety is our non-negotiable. Our facilities in Indirapuram, Noida, and Gurugram feature shock-absorbent EVA flooring and age-appropriate equipment. We maintain a strict coach-to-student ratio (approx. 1:8 to 1:10) to ensure active spotting and constant supervision. Our coaches are trained to use positive reinforcement, gently guiding children with phrases like 'achhe se (properly) hold your knees,' ensuring every child feels safe enough to take risks.
