About this collection

Our sessions aren't short, one-hour fitness classes. We run 2-hour batches, Monday through Saturday, specifically designed to move from technical drilling to live rolling and sparring. It is a non-AC, garage-style environment by design because, in a real fight, the heat and sweat are part of the game.

At 1026 MMA, we believe technique beats brute force every time. When you step onto the mat in Yelahanka or Amruthahalli, you aren't just lifting weights; you are learning how to control an opponent, escape a bad position, or land a clean combination.

We structure our daily 2-hour sessions to cover the full spectrum:

  • Technical Breakdown: Whether it's a specific takedown from wrestling, a BJJ sweep, or a boxing slip, we slow it down so you get the mechanics right.
  • The Grind: This is where we build the engine. You will work through high-intensity circuits, pad work, and bag drills that improve your cardio and explosive power.
  • Live Sparring: After the drills, we test what we learned. This is where you move from theory to reality, applying techniques against a resisting opponent in a controlled environment.

We don't separate people into 'fitness' and 'fighters.' If you are on the mat, you are training the same way our fight team does—with intent and intensity. We keep the facility raw and naturally ventilated to ensure you build the endurance that translates directly into a real-world scenario or a tournament. Whether you are a total beginner who has never thrown a punch or someone looking to refine their grappling, you will find the space to push your limits here.
