About this collection
Before joining our competitive team, understand this: we don't do easy. You will be expected to commit to a 6-day training schedule, including technical sparring, wrestling drills, and high-intensity conditioning circuits. We don't just teach moves; we study your opponent’s gaps and build the specific game plan you need to secure that submission or knockout.

What to Expect
This isn't your standard aerobics class. Expect two-hour sessions that blend striking (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) with grappling (BJJ, Wrestling). We focus on:
- Tournament Readiness: From the Bengaluru Open MMA Championship to ADCC India, we prepare you for the pressure of competition.
- Technical Sparring: We move beyond drilling. You will engage in live rolling and technical sparring to test your instincts and reaction times.
- Conditioning: We use circuit training, battle ropes, and functional movements to ensure you don't gas out in the final round.
