We started a session with a calming Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) sequence. Group yoga classes like this are a wonderful way to center your mind, warm up your body, and build a sense of community.

I also take our practice outdoors. Here, I'm assisting a client in an outdoor yoga session, helping her achieve a deeper stretch and proper alignment while enjoying the fresh air.

We also take our classes outdoors to the park when the weather is nice, giving you a refreshing change of pace from the typical indoor gym environment.
