Our Hybrid Training program is designed to simulate race-day chaos. Here, we're working on sled push technique and then diving into a grueling AMRAP with runs, rows, burpee broad jumps, and wallballs. This is how we build athletes who are ready for anything.

How We Train
At I Think CrossFit, we bridge the gap between general fitness and high-level performance. Our facility is designed for work, not comfort. We use heavy rigs, Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs, and 20mm rubber flooring to provide a raw, functional environment where you can push your limits safely.
Our programming focuses on three pillars:
- Technical Mastery: We prioritize mechanics before intensity. Our Level 2 coaches utilize the 'Tell-Show-Do-Check' methodology to ensure you move efficiently, whether you are picking up a barbell for the first time or training for a 1-Rep Max.
- Hybrid Endurance: For those looking beyond standard CrossFit, we run dedicated training cycles for events like Hyrox. This includes specific sessions on sled pushes, wallballs, and burpee broad jumps to build the stamina required for race-day chaos.
- Community Strength: You will see this in our images—from the Bengaluru Throwdown to our in-house throwdowns, we believe that training is better when it is shared. When you join, you are joining a collective that cheers for every PR and shows up on the days you feel like quitting.
Membership & Access
We offer clear, transparent options for your goals. If you want full immersion, our Unlimited Competitor Membership grants access to classes from 6:15 AM to 7:30 PM, plus open gym time and a personalized roadmap to track your benchmark PRs. If you are looking to sharpen specific skills like gymnastics or Olympic lifting, our 10-session hybrid packs allow you to focus on specialized Saturday work for up to three months. We are here to help you get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.
