Most people think Yoga is just sitting around, but in our evening sessions, it is about serious recovery and core building. We do not just stretch; we fix the stiffness that comes from your desk job or yesterday’s heavy lifting session. If you are coming from a high-intensity class, think of this as the essential fuel your muscles need to keep going tomorrow.

Whether you are dealing with a recurring sports injury or just want to improve your posture, our Mind & Body cluster is where it happens.
What We Focus On
- Power Yoga: It gets the heart rate up, but with a focus on breath and controlled movement.
- Pilates & Mobility: These are essential for core stability. We work on the smaller muscle groups that keep you injury-free.
- Mental Recovery: After a long day of work or a heavy training week, these classes act as a reset button for your brain.
Meet Your Instructors
Our instructors Rushi and Vijay lead these sessions with a focus on technique over speed. They keep the vibe chill but the movements precise. You will notice the difference in how you feel after just a few classes—less tightness, better range of motion, and a clearer head.
The Studio Environment
We practice in a dedicated studio space with wooden flooring and specific lighting to help you zone out from the city chaos. It is the perfect spot to switch off, focus on your breathing, and actually enjoy the process of getting stronger.
