Monthly Flexi-Pass & Group Classes
Core Access
- Valid for 30 days continuous access.
- Unlimited usage of Cardio Zone, Free Weights, and Machine Strength Zone (5:00 AM to 11:30 PM).
- Unlimited entry to daily classes like Zumba, Power Yoga, and HIIT (first-come-first-serve).
Facilities
- General floor trainer assistance for equipment usage.
- Access to steam room and showers post-workout.
- Daily use locker (bring your own padlock) and valet/self-parking.
Limitations
- No membership freezing or pausing allowed.
- Excludes welcome kit and diet consultation.

- Cardio, strength, and CrossFit zones with international equipment. Machines? Free weights? Battle ropes? Sab milega (You’ll get everything).

My Story
We started Zest Fitness Studio because we wanted something real. Not just another gym with machines and mirrors. Here, you walk in and you’re part of the #zestfamily—no fakeness, no judging. We see people come in lost, some with PCOD or old injuries, and we help them find their spark. We do parties, Onam celebrations, dance-offs—fitness should feel like fun, not a chore. And yeah, zero steroids, that’s a promise.
