You might think yoga is just about flexibility, but here, it’s about shedding that lingering mujagara (hesitation). Whether we’re holding a plank or flowing through a sun salutation, the focus is on how you feel, not how you look. If you cannot touch your toes yet, do not worry—our sessions are about where you start, not where you think you should be.
At Deer Fitness, we treat yoga and Pilates as essential tools for mental and physical wellness. We see too many people skipping these sessions because they think it's 'too slow' or 'not a real workout,' but our members know better.
Our classes focus on:
- Core Stability & Posture: Through Pilates, we target the deep muscles that support your spine. This is essential for anyone spending long hours at a desk.
- Mindful Flow: Yoga is your chance to reset. We focus on breathing and poses that reduce stress and improve your hormonal balance.
- Mobility Work: We incorporate stretching and joint-friendly movements to keep you agile and injury-free, whether you are here for weight loss or just to feel better in your skin.
Everything happens in our dedicated ladies-only zone in Kumaraswamy Layout. You won't find cameras, crowds, or judgment here. Just a group of women, including beginners and seasoned practitioners, moving at their own pace. We start each morning with focus and end our evenings with calm. Whether you need a high-energy stretch or a restorative session to wind down, you’ll find a spot on the mat with us.
