About this collection
Since our class schedule refreshes every month, you get a constantly changing mix of HIIT, Circuit Training, and Power Yoga to keep your body guessing. You can drop in for our 7:15 PM evening sessions to see which instructor is leading, what the vibe is like, and whether that day's routine fits your specific fitness goals.
The hardest part about working out is not the exercise itself—it is actually getting to the gym. We fix this by focusing our evenings around a rotating roster of group classes. When you are sweating alongside others in our Electronic City studio, that 'I will go tomorrow' excuse quickly loses its power.
We use a colour-coded scheduling system to ensure you hit every aspect of fitness: Cardio, Strength, Core, Mind and Body, and Functional training. You might catch Rushi leading a Mobility session on a Wednesday or Roopa getting the energy up with Bolly Beats on a Thursday.

If you are new to group fitness, do not worry about being perfect. Just show up, follow the instructor, and let the energy of the group pull you through. We keep the gym floor open outside of these class hours too, so you can easily combine a high-energy group session with some solo lifting or cardio if you have extra time to burn.
