Move beyond physical poses. My breathwork and kriya sessions help you manage anxiety, boost digestion, and find real mental clarity from the comfort of your home.

Here is a look into my everyday pranayama and kriya routine. It includes Kapalbhati (breath of fire), Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing), and Nauli (abdominal churning). These are powerful tools we can use in our sessions to manage stress and improve your internal health.

This video demonstrates three key yogic kriyas: Uddiyana Bandha (abdominal lock), Agnisar (stomach churning), and Nauli. I teach these step-by-step, as they are incredibly effective for stimulating digestion and releasing stagnant energy from the core.

To master the Nauli kriya, it's important to first build a foundation with Agnisar. This tutorial shows how to practice the preparatory stage, using breath retention to build control and awareness in your abdominal muscles, which is key for detoxification.

Practicing kriyas like Uddiyana Bandha with my son nearby is a beautiful reminder that this journey is about integration, not separation. These cleansing techniques have been vital in my own postnatal recovery, helping to tone the abdominal organs and restore core connection.

Here we are, doing what we love. While I practice my breathing techniques, my son has his books. This is what yoga for mothers looks like. It's not about finding perfect silence, but about creating moments of peace and self-care whenever you can.

Finding a moment of stillness in nature to practice Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing. This simple pranayama technique is one of the most effective ways to balance the mind, calm anxiety, and prepare the body for deeper meditation.

"Tamso Ma Jyotirgamaya": Lead me from darkness to light. This practice began in the dark and ended with the natural light of daybreak. It's a visual representation of how pranayama and meditation can illuminate our inner world, moving us toward clarity and peace.

This is a practice of moving from darkness to light, centered around a single flame. It combines chanting, meditation, and asana to connect with the deeper, more subtle aspects of yoga that we explore in therapy sessions, going beyond the purely physical.

About The Power of Breath & Cleansing

Kriyas like Agnisar and Nauli are powerful, but they require the right foundation. In our sessions, we do not jump straight into advanced breath control. I start by teaching you to safely hold Uddiyana Bandha (abdominal lock), ensuring your body is ready before we layer on deeper techniques. Whether you are recovering from postnatal abdominal separation or just struggling with persistent digestive sluggishness, I customize these practices to your specific energy levels and physical capability.
