Yoga is not about the perfect pose; it is about showing up for yourself exactly as you are. Explore my approach to healing, breathwork, and finding balance in the chaos of everyday life.

This is my philosophy in motion. I believe in showing up to the mat as you are: strong, tired, joyful, or broken. This sequence, moving from an eight-angle pose to a handstand, is a reminder that yoga therapy isn't about perfection, but about the courage to simply begin, again and again.

This is one of my most precious moments. For a long time, I practiced in fear of my son waking up. Now, he joins me. This is the reality of yoga for mothers, finding peace amidst the beautiful chaos. Here, I guide you through yogic cleansing kriyas, a practice we can tailor for your own postpartum journey.

The universe meets you at the depth of your surrender. For me, yoga is a journey that travels with me, from my home mat to the open water. This King Pigeon Pose, or Rajakapotasana, on a boat at sunset, is a moment of pure connection, showing that your practice can be a source of peace anywhere in the world.

Props are not a crutch; they are a bridge to a safer, more accessible practice. Here I am using a yoga wheel to deepen a backbend, which helps improve posture and open the shoulders. In my sessions, we use props like these to meet your body's unique needs, making every pose feel supportive.

Your breath is your truest teacher. This is my daily pranayama and kriya routine, a non-negotiable part of my practice for inner health. We begin with Kapalbhati for energy, move to Anulom Vilom for balance, and finish with Nauli for detoxification. This is the foundation of the calm and focus we cultivate in our sessions.

What if every setback was just part of the setup? I often reflect on this during my practice. Yoga therapy is a space to reframe your perspective, using movement and breath to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Life isn't happening to you; it's happening for you.

*Santosh param sukham*. True happiness is found in simple contentment. This is the core of my teaching. A simple standing forward bend and a dancer's pose in the park reminds me that yoga isn't about the grandest gesture, but about finding gratitude in the small, quiet moments of balance and release.

I do not teach cookie-cutter sequences. Whether we are working on sciatica, posture correction, or simply finding a moment of calm, we start by understanding where your body is right now. Before you commit to a long-term plan, we assess your alignment and lifestyle to build a protocol that fits your specific needs, not an idealized version of them.
