We work together to build your strength safely, exploring everything from grounding arm balances and empowering inversions to heart-opening backbends.

Accessible Yoga: Finding Support with Props

I believe yoga is for every body, and props are tools that make that possible. In my sessions, we use blocks, wheels, straps, and walls not as cheats, but as wise support to make poses safer, more accessible, and more effective. Yoga for Modern Mothers

As a mother, I know the juggle is real. Yoga was my anchor through postnatal recovery, helping me find strength and moments of peace even with little ones around. This is a space for mothers to reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and learn to fill their own cup, because our children learn self-care by watching us.

Yoga & Travel: Practice Anywhere

My mat is my sacred space, but it's not confined to four walls. I believe in taking the practice out into the world, whether it's on a beach, a balcony overlooking the mountains, or even an open runway.
