At Yogpath Wellness, I see yoga as way more than just stretching or exercise. Yoga, or "Yog" as we call it, is a whole lifestyle - it’s about getting your mind and body on the same team. Most people don’t even realise how much their breath affects everything. Aapko pata hai, sahi saans lena bhi ek kala hai (You know, even breathing properly is an art). In our group, I make sure everyone gets to learn these ancient pranayama techniques - they seriously work.
What Happens in Each Session
- One-hour live, interactive online yoga classes, with real-time yoga guidance - you don’t just follow a video, we actually connect.
- Yoga asanas for every level - beginners, pros, sab ke liye (for everyone).
- Virtual pranayama practice, meditation, and mudras to help clear your mind, lower stress, and improve focus.
- Classes in Hindi and English - you pick what’s comfortable.
- I adjust postures for your body, so you get what you need, not some cookie-cutter moves.

My Story
Namaste! We are Yogpath Wellness. Life’s too fast, everyone’s stressed, right? We see folks fighting diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, insomnia—feels like people just forgot to breathe. That’s why we kicked off Yogpath, inspired by our yoga guru’s 40 years of digging deep into yogic wisdom. We mix old-school Pranayama, Asanas, meditation—making it simple for anyone, anywhere. Festivals, roots, unity—yoga’s not just moves, it’s your journey to feeling truly alive.
My Work
Yoga for everyone - We run daily live group yoga, beginner yoga classes online, Pranayama for stress management, weight loss, and therapeutic yoga for diabetes, hypertension, IBS.
Our philosophy - Yog is a way of life. We blend Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra, and Meditation for full mind-body connection.
