When dealing with issues like bladder prolapse or diastasis recti, generic ab workouts can actually make things worse. I use hypopressive breathing and targeted Pilates sequences to physically retrain your pelvic floor and deep core. This is not about getting your old body back; it is about functioning without pain again.
The 'wait and see' advice stops here. Whether you are struggling with cystocele or just feel like your core is disconnected after childbirth, we address it with structure. My 12-session program is entirely private, 1-on-1 coaching at my Model Town studio. We do not just guess; we track your progress by measuring mobility, functional strength, and how you feel during daily movements like picking up your child.
I will show you how to use props like yoga blocks and stability bands to release pressure rather than adding to it. Lifestyle pe kaam karo (work on your lifestyle first)—that is my mantra.
