Group Yoga and Team Formations
Yoga is better when we move together. Join our group sessions in Rohini to build strength through teamwork, connection, and shared balance.
This video shows a three-person stack, a pose that is impossible to achieve without complete trust and teamwork. Each person has a specific role, and success depends on everyone working together as one unit.
This group circle pose is a perfect example of the community and connection we build in class. It is a playful exercise in shared balance and support that brings everyone together and always ends in laughter.
About Group Formations & Teamwork
In these sessions, we use group stacking and formation exercises to shift the focus from individual practice to collective support. You will rotate roles as a base, flyer, or spotter, learning how to safely distribute weight and communicate clearly with your team.
Building a group formation requires more than physical strength. It is a lesson in listening to your partner and trusting the process. We start every class with warm-ups before moving into base and flyer positions.
- Building Trust: You learn to rely on others for stability, which helps break down internal barriers.
- Roles: Everyone learns to be a base, a flyer, or a spotter. Understanding all three roles makes you a safer, more effective partner.
- Community: The studio at Amba Tower, D C Chowk, is an open environment where students of different levels support each other. Whether it is a simple partner stretch or a three-person stack, the goal is always clear communication and collective safety.
There is no pressure to have prior experience. We prioritize small batch sizes of 8 to 12 students to ensure you receive direct guidance and hands-on adjustments during every movement.
